Here are some free behavior charts that you might find useful. They can help teach students to set goals, plan, and monitor progress towards goals. Be sure to discuss the positive, intrinsic feelings of accomplishment and success as students progress towards their goals rather than relying on extrinsic rewards (prizes, etc).
