Inconclusive about supplements

Food supplements and special diets have not proven to be effective in improving learning differences or ADHD. Results are currently inconclusive about supplements such as Omega-3, Omega-6, and saccharides and more data is needed before conclusions can be drawn. If you’re considering a diet change for your child, it is important to consult with your pediatrician.
