How electronic devices can affect sleeping

Light from electronics (tv, computer, tablets, etc.) stimulate the brain and make it more difficult to get to sleep. A good rule of thumb is to shut off all screens at least an hour before bedtime and do something relaxing during that time (read a real book, listen to guided meditation, take a bath, etc.). This is especially helpful for students who have difficulty shutting off their minds and initially getting to sleep.
