Dr. Kandece Skinner is a Licensed Educational Psychologist and Nationally Certified School Psychologist with over a decade of experience supporting students, adults, and families in achieving positive educational and mental health outcomes. Dr. Skinner specializes in evaluating learning differences, ADHD, Autism, and emotional/behavioral differences. She utilizes a collaborative and inclusive approach that honors her client’s individual strengths while addressing barriers to learning and emotional well being.

Dr. Skinner holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Cognitive Science, followed by master’s, specialist, and doctoral degrees in School Psychology. She maintains professional membership in the following associations:

• National Association of School Psychologists (NASP)
• California Association of School Psychologists (CASP)

Outside of her professional work, Dr. Skinner enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, crafting, and getting lost in a good book.
