TyAnn Foster is a highly accomplished Licensed Educational Psychologist and Behavior Specialist with extensive experience supporting students with diverse academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs across educational settings. With a strong foundation in psychological assessment, behavior analysis, and intervention design, TyAnn has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to student success, family collaboration, and inclusive educational practices.

Over the course of her career, TyAnn has served in pivotal roles across multiple school districts, including San Mateo Union High School District, Fontana Unified School District, and Hayward Unified School District. In these positions, she has developed and implemented comprehensive behavioral and educational plans for students in both general and special education, including those in alternative placements and residential facilities. Her expertise extends to case management, crisis intervention, and professional development, often serving as a mentor and trainer for educators, interns, and multidisciplinary teams.

TyAnn holds a Master of Education in Behavior Analysis from the University of Cincinnati and dual graduate degrees (M.S. and PPS Credential) in School Psychology from the University of La Verne, where she also earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminology. She is a Board of Behavioral Sciences Licensed Educational Psychologist and has completed extensive professional training in therapeutic crisis intervention, restorative practices, and autism diagnostics.

In addition to her district-level leadership and consultation experience, TyAnn actively contributes to the professional community through her affiliation with the National Association of School Psychologists and the Positive Environment Network of Trainers. Her work reflects a trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and evidence-based approach to student wellness, educational access, and behavioral support.
